SALON POLICIES
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so other clients can be scheduled.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your service may have to be rescheduled.
If you miss your appointment without proper notification 3 times you will have to leave a credit card number to book another appointment; and you will be charged a fee for the next "no show".
Chemical services are guaranteed within the first week, thereafter, only with the use of recommended products for at home care. Color corrections may take more than one appointment to achieve desired results.
If unsatisfied with a service rendered, you must notify salon management within 48 hours of the original service date. All redo's must be performed within 7 days of original appointment.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date,unused. If opened, no more than 25% of product can be used and only an exchange will be issued.
Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
